About

The New Jersey Web Festival (NJ WebFest) is an annual festival celebrating outstanding achievement in digital storytelling, recognising excellence across web series, short films, pilots, trailers, music videos, narrative fiction podcasts, actual play podcasts, and short scripts. Established in 2017 by Neem Basha, the festival honours a wide range of creative professionals including actors, writers, directors, producers, and sound designers whose work contributes to the innovation, imagination, and artistic impact of digital media as a storytelling platform.

The festival hosts screenings, workshops, panels, and networking events across venues in Montclair and Bloomfield, New Jersey, and culminates in an Awards Gala that celebrates creators from around the world. Submissions are welcomed from all genres, and the festival places a strong emphasis on quality, creativity, and the community of digital creators.
