Spotify’s Creator Milestone Awards recognise podcasts that have achieved major streaming milestones on the Spotify platform. Evaluated quarterly, awards are given across three tiers Bronze, Silver, and Gold based on cumulative all-time streams.

Recipients receive a custom physical plaque, editorial placement in Spotify’s on-platform hub, and promotion across Spotify’s social channels. The program launched in January 2025 and is modelled on YouTube’s Play Button creator awards system.
