Parapod Podcast Awards Opens Submissions for Fourth Annual Program

Los Angeles, CA – The Parapod Podcast Awards has announced that submissions for its fourth annual program open May 1, 2026. The awards recognize excellence in paranormal and true crime podcasting across a range of categories including ghost and haunting shows, UFO and UAP content, cryptid storytelling, conspiracy, and true crime investigation.Founded by veteran host Tony Sweet, Parapod is one of the few awards programs dedicated specifically to the paranormal genre. Now in its fourth year, the program has grown to include performance and production categories alongside its content categories.2026 Special Honors

The program will present four distinguished honors this cycle. George Noory receives the Living Legend Award for his decades of work in paranormal broadcasting. Erich von Däniken, Nick Pope, and David Wilcock are each honored posthumously for their contributions to ancient astronaut theory, UFO disclosure, and metaphysical exploration, respectively.

All eligible submissions will be considered for inclusion in Spreaker Prime and receive promotional visibility on social media. Winners receive a featured spotlight and additional promotion across the platform.
How to Submit

Submissions open May 1, 2026 at parapodevents.com. Entries are evaluated on storytelling, originality, production quality, and audience engagement. The program is open to podcast creators, networks, and producers based in the United States.
